This topic is extremely important when you are looking to rent anything from any vendor. Be sure you know exactly what you are paying for and what will be coming out to your event. Of course no one wants to get ripped off but let’s be honest it happens, just because we want to trust people and think that we won’t be taken advantage of. If you don’t ask the right questions be prepared to not get all of your important answers.
Unfortunately the picture above happens quite often. You ask, “Do you have chairs we can Rent?” The answer is “YES”
What you didn’t ask is,
“What condition are your chairs in?”
“What color are you chairs?”
“What do you consider, WHITE is?”
“How maintained are your chairs?”
The list could go on and on. If you come across a company that doesn’t know how or refuses to answer any of these questions. They are normally hiding something from you. Another good thing to consider, and this goes for any rental. is to actually see the items before renting them. We have had many brides ask us when the next time we are doing a set up near them, and they would come out and see first hand what we have to offer. This is not an outlandish request.
Here at Venue Services we take pride in the quality and care we put into all of our rentals. Each chair, after being rented, comes back to our shop and gets hand washed and inspected. This insures that every chair that goes out is beautiful and exactly what our customers expect from us.
